From Born to Raval: The Ciutat Vella Challenge

Conditions

• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Once the activity is reserved, contact Artemis Gymkhanas Barcelona at least a week before the activity start, to confirm availability.
• Present the printed voucher at the meeting point ((Cultural centre of Borne, Plaça Comercial, 12. E- 08003 – Barcelona).
• Cancelation conditions:

• • On the part of the company: 

• • • In case of cancellation on the part of Artemis regardless of the motive, the full amount deposited will be refunded to the Client requesting the service or the game will be rescheduled.
    • The activity will be considered cancelled if the client does not notify the company that they will be arriving late or if they do not show up within the 15 minute period from the official start of the activity. In this case, there will be no refund.

• • On the part of the client: 

• • • Any cancellation will have to be notified by email to Artemis.
    • If the client wishes to postpone the activity due to rain and the client notifies the company of this change at least three working days before the date of the game, they will be offered a change of date to be used within a period of a year after making the reservation, at an additional 10% over the original total price in order to cover management costs.
    • If the activity is cancelled with under three days’ notice before the date of the game, Artemis will keep 30% of the total as management costs, as well as for the preparation and travel costs of the personnel.
    • If the cancellation is due to force majeure (according to Article 1105 of the Spanish Código Civil), 90% of the total price will be refunded.
